Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you full control over your e-mail boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new email account in an instant and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one mail account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your email boxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mails according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just choose the mailbox account you would like to forward messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
